I'm Everett. I help small businesses and solopreneurs put AI to work in a way that fits how they already run things. My background's in Media Studies, so I think about how a tool changes the person using it, and the good ones leave you more capable than they found you. Sometimes I build the system for you. Sometimes I teach you to build it yourself. Either way it's yours to run, and you'll know exactly how it works.

AI Infrastructure Marketing Agency

AI Operations Hub

A marketing agency running across Gmail, Slack, Teamwork, Drive, and Airtable needed their tools to talk to each other, without adding another dashboard to the stack.

Set up a remote server running Claude Code with MCP integrations across the full tool suite. Built a Slack bot interface so the team can query, create, and connect work across every platform from a single conversation.

Result

An AI assistant that lives where the team already works. File lookups, project updates, email context, and task creation, all from Slack, all connected.

AI Automation Marketing Agency

Podcast Content Pipeline

A small business publishing bi-weekly podcast episodes needed a faster way to turn raw recordings into polished, platform-ready content, without adding hours of manual work after every release.

Built an automated pipeline entirely in Claude Code, using transcript parsing and structured output prompting to generate YouTube descriptions, show notes, social captions, and chapter markers. Formatted and ready to publish.

Result

What used to take hours of post-production writing now takes minutes. Every episode ships with consistent, on-brand content across every platform.

Embedded AI Partner Wellness & Education Brand

AI Across the Business

A wellness and education brand knew AI could help them run leaner, but they're not a technical team, and they didn't want to drown in new software or hand everything to an agency. They wanted someone who'd learn how they work and put AI where it counts.

So that's what I've become for them. I built a custom dashboard from the ground up, tied into the tools they already had, so the people in charge can see active projects, flag what needs an executive's call, and stop losing good ideas to whatever's on fire that day. I rebuilt their website around SEO and the customer journey, since cold traffic drives a real part of their revenue. And underneath it all, a steady stream of smaller workflows that take the manual, repetitive work out of their week.

Result

They get the range of a small team from one person who knows the entire business, without the overhead of building that team or buying more software to run it. And because the same person holds the whole picture, every project makes the next one faster to build.

Marketing Assessment Platform

A marketing consultant with more demand than capacity needed a way to serve entry-level clients at scale, without diluting her high-touch agency work.

Built a full-stack Next.js application from the ground up: an 18-question assessment engine, color-coded gap analysis scorecard, personalized action plans, and an AI coaching layer powered by the Claude API, all behind a persistent user dashboard.

Result
