There's something exciting about building with AI, so exciting that it's easy to lose sight of the outcome in pursuit of the tool. But the best solutions usually start with a simpler question: what's the smallest change that will make the biggest difference? Start there, and let the results tell you whether you need more.

The same restraint applies to the tools themselves. My background in Media Studies taught me how systems shape the messages that move through them—and AI is no different. These tools should adapt to your voice and your workflow, not flatten them into something generic. That's the work I care about: helping you do more with less, without sacrificing what makes your work unique.

AI Operations Hub

A marketing agency running across Gmail, Slack, Teamwork, Drive, and Airtable needed their tools to actually talk to each other—without adding another dashboard to the stack.

Set up a remote server running Claude Code with MCP integrations across the full tool suite. Built a Slack bot interface so the team can query, create, and connect work across every platform from a single conversation.

Result

An AI assistant that lives where the team already works. File lookups, project updates, email context, and task creation—all from Slack, all connected.

AI Content Engine Marketing Agency

10-10-10 Content Engine

A marketing agency needed a repeatable way to generate on-trend content ideas for clients—without hours of manual competitor research and guesswork.

Built a system that scrapes 10 competitors' social channels, surfaces the 10 top-performing posts from each, and identifies patterns across all 100. It cross-references those trends against the client's existing content library, then generates ready-to-use scripts grounded in what's actually working. A built-in performance feedback loop refines recommendations over time.

Result

Competitive research that used to take hours now feeds directly into data-backed content scripts—and gets smarter with every post published.

Email Intelligence System

Founder drowning in 500+ daily emails needed inbox control without adding another SaaS subscription.

Built entirely in Google Apps Script with Gemini API: auto-sorting by client and newsletter, urgent message tagging, Slack alerts for high-volume clients, and daily digests with meeting context pulled from Calendar and email threads.

Result

10+ clients accurately sorted. Surfaced meeting context automatically. Urgent requests now visible via Slack instead of buried in inbox.

Full-Stack Development Marketing Consultant Currently Building

Marketing Assessment Platform

A marketing consultant with more demand than capacity needed a way to serve entry-level clients at scale—without diluting her high-touch agency work.

Built a full-stack Next.js application from the ground up: an 18-question assessment engine, color-coded gap analysis scorecard, personalized action plans, and an AI coaching layer powered by the Claude API—all behind a persistent user dashboard.
